Rockford warns of unlicensed roofing contractors

ROCKFORD ? Rockford?s Construction and Development Services Division issued an alert Tuesday to property owners to be aware of solicitations of unscrupulous roofing contractors and to not be pressured to accept work from unlicensed roofing contractors.
