Roofers to start production soon at cement plant Northern Voices Online (blog) Kolkata, (IANS) Kolkata-based Roofers Group Monday said it would start commercial production at its newly-built cement plant in West Bengal's West Midnapore district within a couple of days and increase production three-fold within one-and-a-half years.
